Clients need no specific athletic abilities or prior fitness conditioning. Renda teaches private and semi-private classes and mat classes in the Authentic Pilates Method of Body Conditioning, in her private studio and in studios in Los Angeles. She has been teaching in Los Angeles since 1997.
